ABOUT

MEET BRIAN

Learn more about my book, "The Courageous Ask", to be released on September 23rd.

Homegrown experience, with a heavy dose of compassion + authenticity...

Local Roots...

Brian grew up in Central Pennsylvania and is the product of working-class parents who worked very hard to raise their family and get ahead.

As a veteran of the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, Brian managed grocery stores for a large retailer for about 27 years.

He started his own business, which he operated for nearly six years, then sold. Called to reconnect with his passion for people, he reentered the relational environment of the grocery industry.

God's Got It....

In 2012, Brian was called and founded a faith-based free health clinic in York City where he worked until 2017. Brian had no experience founding a nonprofit or running a health clinic, but wanted to impact a very real need while spreading the Christian message. The clinic is truly blessed as it has grown to serve more than 3,000 clients and over 11,000 visits. The staff currently includes dozens of volunteer nurses and staff and 28 volunteer medical providers.

Nonprofit Leader...

Brian has served on the boards of several prominent local nonprofits in various capacities: The York County Food Bank, Katallasso Inc., Logos Academy, Byrnes Health Education Center, YMCA Community Development Corporation, Free Clinic Association of Pennsylvania, Servants Inc., and Salem Square Community Association.

Life Experience...

Brian has been married for over thirty years with two grown children and three grandchildren.

Brian’s life experience positions him uniquely to encourage leaders and their boards as they work hard to impact the world around them.

Above all….Brian is real and authentic.

But as you can probably guess, there is more to the story.
